And, to be honest, there's a lot of heart in this. But, really people, this is the very definition of don't judge a book by its cover. But, I'm just gonna get into it. nEGATIVE rOLE mODELS: Zack & Miri, though believing a man and an attractive woman can live together without intercourse or relationships being involved, are terrible role models. They are foul-mouthed, crude, and decide to make a porno to pay their bills. nYEH nONSENSE (oR sEXUAL sTUFF): Too much to put into words. A few scenes of breasts, not usually drawn out. One scene shows a woman going all full-frontal on us. A woman is said to be able to blow bubbles out of her vagina. Talk of anal and oral sex, different masturbation techniques, tons of penis-shaped objects and testicle-shaped objects, though nobody ACTUALLY shows off their junk. Talk of who's going to have sex with who and how. Sexual actions and movements. Characters go to a strip club. A gay couple, though they never go farther than hugging. Talk of Miri having "granny panties" and it shows her large knickers. Not all that explicit. We see Seth Rogan’s butt soon after. Many revealing clothes. oBSCENITIES & oBSCENE pROFANITIES: According to IMDb there are over 215 f-words..I'd believe it. aLL-iN-aLL: Now, if you don't want to be staring at a one-note sex joke that lasts 1 hour and 41 minutes I totally understand. In fact, I'm right up there with you. But this movie isn't just that..it's, like, a 34-note sex joke. Haha! Just kidding. This movie made me laugh so hard so often. And I don't laugh at movies that often. It has heart, hope, and loveable, albeit somewhat flawed characters. Kevin Smith is great when it comes to dialogue. I say, if you're able to handle it, and if you're mature enough to see it, then give it a shot.
