I do not love the album, but Demi Lovato is the first Disney singer I've ever taken a liking to. She has a very big voice, and her songs talk about things we all can relate to like body image and how we should all just be ourselves. 4/5 stars from me.

What Parents Need to Know
About Don't Forget
Parents need to know that this is the first album from rising Disney Channel star Demi Lovato, best known for playing Mitchie in Camp Rock and making YouTube videos extraordinaire with fellow Disney darling Selena Gomez. Lovato and her music have a bit more edgy than standard Disney fare, but the subject matter is age-appropriate for most tweens -- expect lots of talk about young love and relationships and staying true to yourself while having a positive self-image.

Families Can Talk About
- Families can talk about the images of young stars like Lovato, Gomez, and Miley Cyrus. Do you think they're seen as positive role models, especially in the eyes of tweens and teens? Do you think they're presented accurately in the media? How do you feel about the fact that many of these young stars like to post videos and blogs on the Internet?
