What Parents Need to Know
About Go! Exercise with the Teletubbies

Families Can Talk About
- Families can talk about the importance of moving your body and staying fit. "Wash Wash Wash" gives step-by-step instructions for cleaning yourself up and weird-squeaky sound effects along with the narrator's exclamations of (G-rated) body parts. Can you wash your knees?
