Sexual Content (Not an Issue): Some references to non-sexual nudity. Violence (Off): Over the top slapstick style violence. Characters are hit over the head with anything available (yes, anything - computers, chairs, baseballs, etc.) Language (Not an Issue): "Butt" and "pee" are occasionally used. Social Behavior (Pause): Some racial stereotypes and disrespectful behavior towards elders. All characters are white, some crude humor. Commercialism (Not an Issue): None. Drug/Alcohol/Tobacco (Not an Issue): A character acts stoned all the time, but he's never shown drinking and it's never mentioned that he does.

Some parts of this show are funny, but others are just weird entertainment for younger kids. I am on the fence about this show. If there were something else on, I'd rather my kids watch the other show than this show.

What do you mean by 12+?
iI have been watching this show since I was 3 I didn't see anything bad about it it's funny!I wonder why they took it off the air then put it back on the N on Sunday morning at 8:00 and 8:30.I cant believe that you think this is 12+ I think it should be 7+

Hilarious show!
I don't know what's up with some of these people, but The Amanda Show is a valuable programme for most people. However, some parts of the show may be frowned upon for real little kids-- be mature and don't act like a six year-old when you're viewing these parts. I love the parts of the show like "It's Time for a Hillbilly Moment", "Blockblister", and especially "Mr. Oldman", a skit where a girl prank calls an old man and says really funny things. :D

lets just say that this is like a saturday night live for little kids, the only reason i ever watched it was because adam brody was on the show. i have luved him since i was 7 good show for kids, they will laugh

Man, there hasn't been an new episode of The Amanda Show for quite some time now. Even though All That is out of Nickelodeon, this show is the only sketch comedy show left on Nickelodeon. The fake advertisements, the Dancing Lobsters, Hillbilly Moment, and everything else in the show is all hilarious!!! There has to be more new episodes of Amanda, why air it when there are no upcoming episodes. Come on Nickelodeon, make more episodes!!!

I like it but it can be offending
I love this show it is so funny! But it can be offending to some people, its basically a copy of "All That" and "Madtv". It can be offending to a lot of people because it does have all these steryotypes. I think the Hillbilly moments are funny but it is a little bit offending to me because I live in S. Carolina and i am a redneck. But over all its a very funny show.

Hmmm...
I used to think this show was hilarious. But as I've grown older it's not as funny to me. There's usually at least one laugh out loud moment in every episode. This is basically Amanda Bynes's version of All That. It's only a little violent and that's all.

The Amanda Show is a comedy show by Amanda Bynes whose carrer went sky high since she joined All That. She is just about the funniest person I ever saw. She can just put a smile on anyone's face.

IT IS BORING!
Boring and redundant. Same joke in every episode. Horrible considering the joke wasn't too funny to begin with. THe only funny things are the fake ads.
