My family can't miss this show. It's the one things we ALL agree on (ages 2 to 32). And we always learn something new about another culture AND each other.

A must see show
Now, there are hundreds, even thousands of tv shows that will take you on a culinary tour of various countries; however, none of them do it the way that Andrew Zimmern does. He's a down to earth, strong character with a stomach to match. You can expect to be whisked off of your sofa to far away lands on a tantalizing tasting tour of the world. If you are expecting to see him dine on Orange chicken in China, or steak fajitas in mexico then you will be sadly mistaken. Not this guy, his palate is far more accustomed to the likes of pigs brains in Spain, rooster's testicles in Taiwan and silk worms in Vietnam. Not only do you get a taste of the local (bizarre) cuisine, but you can also expect to be mesmerized by the local cultures too. Food fans and fans of anthropology will love this show. You've heard the saying "don't play with your food", well with Andrew Zimmern gives the food a chance to return the favor. Bon Appetite!

Love it... not for those with a weak stomach...
I love this show, and so do my kids. It's wonderful to see someone going around the world and not turning their noses up at foreign foods. If you have a fairly weak stomach, not a great choice. But otherwise, a very fun family show!

I almost Threw up
I thinks its a great idea to have a person going around the world to discover all the interesting foods out there but he has NO MANNERS! he chomps on his food like a cow. you hear every piece being chewed up and sucked on and its absolutely repulsive! i would really appreciate if there was a way your could move the microphone from his tonsils so i could enjoy the show and not be upset in the stomach from his mouth noises......

Awesome, Andrew Rocks
The show is self descriptive, the host goes out and tries food that is unusual to your palate, but the way he describes and presents his experiences makes his show truly enjoyable one, Andrew is really funny fella, just delightful in his personality, even though what he eats is not really. the best episode of his shows was his trip to morocco, wonderful episode. i even like lamb meat now. Watch that show.

LOVE IT
I love this show! It's very educational and teaches kids about foreign cultures and cuisines. Mr. Zimmern is very respectful of different cultures, and never refuses to eat something. I'm sure he could teach me a lesson or 2 about turning my nose up at my mother's cooking. :) You should watch this, along with Little People, Big World and Meerkat Manor. :)
