Ok I have not sat through a whole episode but my 7 year old has seen it once and says that it is the dumbest show on TV, even more stupid than spongebob(his words). So I just thought I would share his opinion on it here. With that said if my 7 year old can determine that and choose to change the channel on his own should this show come on, I have to give it a thumbs down rating. And being that the whole mission of the characters is to pick on each other and no positive lessons are shown and the only point is to show constant failure I have to say that I agree.

A show with humor appealing all ages
Sexual humor is hidden throughout each episode in extremely subtle ways that go over all children's heads. One (of tons) of examples being that Edd's parents have sticky notes all over his house reminding him of things and if actually paid attention to, some say things such as "Don't touch yourself". Violent humor is simply extremely exaggerated things like houses being carried and dropped on people for humor. That is all there is to this show is simply stupid humor like those found in "Monty Python and the Holy Grail".

Watch out for a Copy Cat
We had an issue regarding our son copying some of the violence and repeating some of the language. Parents should be careful when letting a child view this unsupervised. Look for possibilities of them coping actions and/or language, if you see this happening talk to the child if it doesn't work then stop them from viewing the program.

Sexual Content (Not an Issue): The boys and their babysitter flirt. A group of sisters have huge crushes on the boys, and persue them constantly. Violence (Pause): Lots of cartoon violence. Language (Not an Issue): None. Social Behavior (Pause): The heros routinely plan to con their friends out of their money, but their plots always fail. Commercialism (Not an Issue): Ed, Edd, and Eddy love their jawbreakers. Drug/Alcohol/Tobacco (Not an Issue): None.

This show will kill 10 brain cells!!!!
This show is constanly dipicting cartoon violence (hitting, kicking, puching, throwing items etc.) And Eddy's obbsession with money dosen't send a postive message to viewers. However, besides cartoon violence and behavior the show is harmless (considering that's all they show in the show).

This is a crude show. I saw it once. I think this is one example that could be used as a warning to watch shows with your children so you know what they are watching. It's easy to not pay attention to the programming when it's on in the background and you're not aware of the content. I would suggest watching it alone and decide whether you find it appropriate before letting children watch.

Sexual Content Boy/girl crushes and innocent and very mild innuendo. bad behavior
Social behavior: Iffy. This show is ok 4 kids but the problem is Eddy is really mean. Once people were making fun of his mid-name, Double-D tried 2 cheer him up by telling HIS middle name, and then Eddy told everyone it, and every one started making fun of double d's midname. if i had kids, i would not them acting like eddy.

THE BEST!
If you are looking for a good show, choose this one, i ment oh my god, this is the best. Sorry if you think i am wrong about me saying TV-PG when it is TV-G, but it is just like that horrible show 'saved by the bell' where this site says TV-PG for that show and on TV it says TV-G. One time i watched all the episodes. So by and say no to that lousy raciest show " The Boondocks"

It gets dumb at times, sure. You question why are there only around ten kids at the school, and why don't you ever see any parents, and how can the boys physically sustain so much pain e.g being run over by a truck? Well it's a cartoon. Harmless fun. Kids will love it.

Personal Favorite
Despite the fact that "the boys are often scamming people", it's really just one--the other 2, well, one is downright unintelligent and the the other is a voice of reason. The one that does the scamming always fails tremendously, not to mention hilariously. Much cartoon violence that we eat up is shown, but injuries only lasts for anywhere between a couple frames to about a scene. There's a lot of calling people stupid and dorks, but the thing is, IT'S FUNNY.

Great show!
First of all, to that anonymous reviewer, EEnE does NOT have any language. Yes, there's violence, but it's cartoon, and characters heal quickly. Anyway, you're messed up, CSM. This show should be 5-star media! There's mild flirtation, and that's it...for almost all of the episodes. The episode "Pop Goes the ED" has Eddy saying "Ed has a third nipple like that guy on James Bond". That's not true, but it may worry some parents. But the content is good for any kid. If they're a true fan and calm and cool, go to edtropolis.com. Any kind of fan should go to the best website ever, the3eds.com. It has episode downloads (to keep it legal, episodes are low quality, the movie won't be uploaded (yes, there IS a movie. CN got it a few months ago), and Seasons 1 & 2 aren't avaliable to promote the DVDs), forums wiht a lot of great members, comics from CN Block Party, and more! CSM should do a review on those 2 sites.

Ed Edd n' Eddy is in all honesty, the Best show ever. It is super entertaining, and I am so happy that I got to see it for all these years it was on. CN still airs it on Saturday, but they should air it way more!

I Miss it
I just miss Ed Edd n' Eddy being on cartoon network they made me so mad for taking it off. I just can't stand this cartoon not being on. I am going to complain to cartoon network about this. It is something cool and it is one of my favorite classics. I will put this in my bokk of favorites and it just brings me pain for such a wonderful show to be gone. You need to watch Ed Edd n Eddy your life just can not be complete without it you have to see it if it is possible.

Funny!
This show is basically about the lives of children living in suburbra. But, think about parents who hate this show. If you look closey, each show has a lesson to learn. Each kid on the show, is kinda of like your own child. The adventures they have can be related to stuff in the average kid's life...just blown out of proportion.
