Okay, not Great
This show is not "The Simpsons". There are rarely redeemable qualities from characters. Sex jokes are frequent instead of smart humor like on "The Simpsons" Matt Groening has disappointed me. But, to his benefit, I have found myself laughing every now and again while watching night-time reruns on Comedy Central when nothing else is on TV.

A Good Sister Series to The Simpsons
I like this show. It's made by the same people as The Simpsons. But I think Leela is creepy. (My 29 year old son thinks she's "hot"). This is a nice sister series to the popular cartoon, The Simpsons, but I prefer the Simpson's other, lesser known sister series, The Critic. By the way, you should ad that show onto this site; I'd love to review it.

Funny, but slightly mature content
There is no terrible mature content. Robots refuel by drinking, and often smoke. There is some sexual material, varying from episode to episode. Overall, it's alright for young teens, but not really for the little ones in the house.

Better than the Simpsons, In my mind!
This show is very funny! Parents, if you child hasn't seen it, get them the DVD. Ok, There is some Iffy Sexual Content, Usually from Zap Branagin, but nothing to Inapropriate. One episode is all about some aliens trying to get Fry's "Lower Horn," is one of the More inapropriate Episodes. There is some Violence, but it's nothing a 7 year-old hasn't seen. For Language, Bender, and A character Named "Mom," Swear in every episode. BUT, It isn't HORRABLE! The Characters can be Sexist towards Leela in some Episodes, but she usually proves them wrong. Overall, Let your 12 year old see it!

its really boring
concerning the comtent of this show its fine for children it has some bad language but the only times thet they really curse is on the t.v 14 episodes.it is really not all thet funny though it usually has humor that kids might have a hard time understanding but the humor in my mind is not very funny only sometimes but when its funny its really funny however note its not as bad as the simpsons but it is meant for adults not kids. by the way i only did this because i made a bet with my friend thet i would write a report that wasnt stupid oh no i just lost oh shut up bob got to go oh yeah barnie scares me and just for the record he is a racist good day futurama fans your weird.

A hilarious sci-fi satire of our current society!!!
This is a very unpredictable in terms of content, but in terms of humor and relevance, this show rocks! Think the Simpsons meets the Jetsons! I highly recommend this for anyone!!!!

Excellent show for the whole family
This show is really freaking funny - although the show's depiction of the future (1000 years from now) is very different from today's world (with the robots and all) it does make many references that poke fun of present-day America. It shows how certain things likely won't change much from now (such as commercialism). The worst language I've seen on this show is ass, damn, crap, bastard and hell (used very infrequently). Also on occasion they may make sexual references or innuendo. However despite that, this show is very family friendly and it does uphold good morals – unlike other shows where the characters rarely solve their problems by the end of the episode (or if they do it’s solved in an unethical manner). Overall, I feel this show has PG content and is appropriate for kids 8 and up. It’s a shame this is no longer part of Fox’s Sunday night lineup – it seems Fox’s newer shows are only for mature audiences.

adventureous and funny!
the show doesn't go too far. it's like the simsons brought to the future with toilet humor. there are some jokes that kids wouldn't fully understand though. they may only like it for the adventures they go through.

This is a good funny show. Not for very young kids ok for 10+. There are some bad messages but nothing worse than normal tv we see everyday.

Your average cartoon that progressively gets worse over time. Started of well though. I hate Hermes though, he's an awful character (as in funny factor. He's a pointless obstacle in the show).

Is there anything bender wont do
One of my favorite this is a great cartoon for anyone 10 or up Bender does swear a lot and he steals and smokes and drinks but he needs to drink so... Oh whatever! Bender isn't a good role model ( the cartoon shows that in an episode called Bender should not be allowed on TV) i think this is an interesting cartoon but quite rude at the same time so be aware

A funny cartoon for teens and young adults~
Definitely NOT a show for younger kids, probably not too great for tweens either. I started watching this show when I was twelve and I instantly loved it. Although the comedy is crude and some jokes can be insulting to certain people, I think this show is really funny and great entertainment.

Great show with mild concerns
This is one of my favorite shows ever! It is witty, clever, and hilarious! In terms of content, there is some mild sexual content such as making out and the like. The language is moderate using words such as d**n, a**, b*****d, and h**l. Bender also cusses and needs to drink alcohol to function and gets drunk when not drink (and he's also not a great role model.) So all in all, a very funny show for kids 12+.

I love this show
This is a really good show. It was made by the same creator as the simpsons. You can tell by the art. The character fry is really cute. He is also the main character. It's not really that bad. If your kid is under 12-13 years of age, then they shouldn't watch it. Even though it is not that bad for its rating, it takes a certain type a maturity to watch it.

it's funny
Not too bad, Bender swears a lot, but dosen't say anything too harsh. a lot of the fem bots are seen naked, but not really anything too inapropreate.
