What Parents Need to Know

About Ghost Whisperer

Parents need to know that this show about a woman who talks to the dead isn't age appropriate for younger kids. Most of the ghosts look like regular people, but some do look like decomposed bodies and may be scary for kids. That said, the show's overall tone is sentimental and eerie rather than frightening. Other than the concept of an afterlife, the program doesn't allude to religion in any way. Some mild language.

Jennifer, great continuity writing going toward "Jim" remembering

As a part time writer this series is impressive in keeping away from the junk of ghost stories that mock the spirit world constantly with us. Be glad that world has more important agenda. Please keep the continuance going what is being introduced to the character in helping situations resolved. Why? It is considered places earthbound dead actually are from unfinished biz. They’re NOT called haunted for nothing. The energy of events places in this world is still very active where horrific events took place people don’t know they’re dead. If the reader of this thinks this P/T writer crazy from perhaps too much t.v., consider how little your world was given you knowing. Yes, western culture has been 1700 years duped by falsehood matters of spiritual by those who warned it would happen. This is what gives this and other GOOD t.v. series a basis for what is told. The only crazy in this is those who have experienced but ridiculed in sharing what happened by those who keep their highly dense world disbelief. Yes, that simple. I thank the producers of this series for keeping well done writing/directing coming for what is aired.
