What’s the Story?

LOVE INC. is in the business of matchmaking for those looking for their soul mate and more often, those who are dating-deficient. But the clients play second fiddle to the lovelorn consultants. Clea (Holly Robinson-Peete) is the owner and a recent divorcee, while Denise (Busy Philipps) is her best matchmaker -- and loneliest. Viviana is a man-hungry receptionist looking for someone to marry so she can get her green card, Francine's a fashionista, and Barry's the photographer -- these characters make up the rest of the cast as the quirky sidekicks -- all of whom have their own woeful battles finding true love.

Is It Any Good?

Love life analysis over coffee frames each episode. Stereotypical clients (an elderly woman, a geeky group of guys, a lesbian) are often a small challenge, but nothing the pros can't ultimately handle. Bottom line: OK for older teens if they show an interest, but there are far better programs for them to spend time on.
