Even my 1 month old baby loves it! That's how we got a first smile out of him! My daughter age 2 would do anything to meet the Teletubbies! Her favorite is Tinky Winky!

Everything is not a lesson but appropiate for young. This show is meant to make your young one laugh. Stupid for parents not to let their young watch this. Everything is not a lesson. Lighten Up and let your kid watch this. I Gave it two stars because I've outgrown it.

This is a very great and wonderful show for toddlers... EXCEPT FOR THE EPISODE WHEN THE TELETUBBIES SWEAR LIKE CRAZY!!!! Yeah, you know their "TUBBY TALK?" They didnt use their tubby talk in one episode, and instead they swore like crazy at eachother, and had a PILLOW FIGHT! (The pillow fight may sound okay, but guess what? Po the teletubby was INSIDE the pillow! The poor tubby was being whacked against Tinky Winky! HORRID!But no worries, because they took that episode off the air. :) Have a nice day!

We are 5 years and 3 years old. We like this show. We like the baby's face. We love the bunnies. (note from mom: they especially like the SLOW pace and the repetition!). We love the bunnies. (I know, but they wanted to say it again.)

Although my grandson watched this show once or twice, it was with a troubled look on his face! I object to the chimes and bells. It appears very regimented, and reminds me of 1984! Where children are being introduced to a factory life, with bells announcing the move to the next station. Avoid it.

my son loves the telletubbies it was the first show that he actually got into the show and would dance and sing and scream all there names out. i don't really like the show but my son loves it.

The speech in this show is awful. I wouldn't let any child older than 1 year old watch it.

While the content is harmless, what this show is doing is training your child to watch TV. It is aiming at the pre-verbal child, thus the seemingly non-sensical language. How to appeal to small children was researched to the nth degree while this show was being developed. It does it's job, but is this really what we want to do--train our babies to watch TV? Don't they learn that early enough already?

I truly don't get this show, however, my 22 month old enjoys it occassionally. He gets bored with the repetition within each episode and while he likes the predictability of the hello and goodbye routines, he gets bored with those as well. He does have fully belly laughes when the tubbies are in the pod playing with the machinery. We screen for those episodes and delete the rest. What would we do without Tivo?!

It's a little kid's show for pete's sake!!! The only reason they have it is to Entertain BABIES!!! Not 12 year olds!!!! Stop hating it if you have no business with it.

I honestly don't have any idea of how this show is supposed to make kids more intelligent and caring. All it does is tell kids that babbling is a good thing! For some kids, though, it might be beneficial simply because they share. but it's hard to catch them sharing because they don't talk in any recognizable language! Anyone older than five, BEWARE! The weird little multicolored aliens will come for you! lol just kidding!

If you actually think this show will teach your kids to act nice, IT WON'T There is nothing to learn, And all that stupid speaker has to say is "Time for teletubby bye-bye" and they go, Let me think,that teaches them to be bossy, this show is COMPLETELY AND FULLY immature and brain mush.

Due to the popularity of Anti-Teletubbies humor on the internet, most of these reviews are negative. But let me say something. This show is completely appropriate for children, and there is nothing wrong with it. I grew up on it and I did NOT come out stupid, with no vocabulary. So this show is completely fine for kids, no matter what you are told.

O.K. So, there are little aliens who live on a golf course, isolated from interaction, only speak baby talk, and rarely, computer-animated objects are beamed in for extra stimulation. Is this supposed to be educational? Not worthwhile for real growth of young children. Often, there is no plot to string together a series of disconnected events, even though some of the indoor machines are funny.

This show is horrible! It teaches kids nothing and should be banned from TV forever! This is the reason so many kids are failing school! No one ever watch this pile of $#!/ it will make your brain go SPLAT all over the #@%? floor!

I don't understand what it's supposed to teach kids. They don't even speak real english. It's seriously kills brain cells....OFF.
