So, I've seen every episode of Bleach and Naruto, in japanese and English, including Naruto Part 2, Bleach is actually much less violent than the original uncut naruto, which is in the uncut boxsets, so unless your kids are older, caution them when buying Naruto uncut box sets, but bleach is not a bad show, no where as violent or sexual as the majority of animes, and if you trust your kid with not using curse words, then they should be able to watch it, not a bad show, but later on gets really dull and boring, but starts out great, where as Naruto starts out boring ,but as the show progresses the plot becomes deeper and a much better show, watch Naruto instead, but only in Japanese

Bleach is a very long on-going series...With lots of random filler episodes...I do like Bleach, but it can get rather boring. There are a LOT of suggestive scenes...There is a point in the Arancar Arc where Nemu passes out, and her captain revives her (she makes a lot of whiny sounds and the off-standing characters make a joke like "that isn't appropriate for family tv" etc.). Rangiku has rather large boobs, and likes to wear skimpy clothing when in the human world...There is a small arc with a beach trip where the female characters (most of which have rather large boobs) are wearing rather skimpy swimsuits...There is some nudity, but nothing is really shown explicitly. I say, it's up to you to decide, but I wouldn't let a pre-teen or younger kid watch this...

I think this show has suitable humour for ages 13 and up, though my twelve year old watches it. The words they hear at school all the time anyway, so I dont believe it really effects kids. The sensuality is a little too intense though. But good show in general!

Ugh,there is NOTHING good about this Japenese Animation! I hate it SO much!

Fourteen and plus? Are they crazy? The show ain't that violent. In fact, later on in the series there's hardly any blood.

good show a little volent but the main character makes good desisions in how to handle sticky situations.

I happen to love Bleach, and the fact that it has strong characters. The role models have their faults, but truth be told, the female characters have such strong points, you tend not to see in female characters, not to mention Ichigo pushes foward the theme of protecting what you care about and believe in. I am concerned for one thing, about the violent. There is blood, and Ichigo gets cut in half nearly at one point. Not to mention, the further you get into the series, the more hurts get placed onto the characters. There is also sexual tension, and one nudity scene, not to mention some scanty clothed characters, albiet it is only select females (which is the fault of some of the strong role models), but even though it is there, there isn't that much. There is also quite a bit of bad laungage, that not all parents would want their kids using. There is also the drinking of sake in the show, though the English Dub might write it off as something else.

So far its good I'm on episode 152 and their is blood and some sexual episode in it like a woman in the bath so 14 would be the youngest I would say.
