A Lot or a Little?
What you will—and won't—find in this TV show.
Sheeran's ability to create on the spot is genius, but his hard work is an ethic anyone can adopt. Aspiring musicians will enjoy seeing a master songwriter at work and can take note of his technique.
Hard work is a crucial part of success. Bring your friends wherever you go. Stay true to your family. Strong values can support you through hard times. Do what you love for work. Enjoy the journey. Growing up is hard, but if you love fully, you will be rewarded. Be authentic. Don't give up. Art can help you get through difficult times. Be an inspiration to others.
Positive Role Models
Ed Sheeran exudes authenticity, even when he could be snobbish. He loves people, no matter their origins and backgrounds, and is consequently loved by many. Admittedly a kid with spelling difficulties (he mistook d's for b's and still calls his father Dab), Sheeran worked harder than his peers, propelling himself to success. His goal is to inspire others to break barriers and follow their dreams.
Sheeran comes from a White family and a part of Britain that is predominantly White, but his best friend is a Black man from Acton. He supports Black artists and is supported by them, breaking barriers by being authentic. Audiences all over the world from different ethnic, racial, economic and geographic populations flock to his concerts because his music speaks to many.
