Better than expected but..... the Common Sense Review is a bit off
I was surprised by the quality of this show actually. I thought it would be pretty cheesy, but it wasn't that bad even though there was some blasphemy and the angels weren't really portrayed very well. The big problem with this show was that it had a lot of unnecessary sex and nudity. In the very first episode, there is an Adam and Eve scene, and I was surprised that they showed the uncovered backside of Eve. There was also a scene where a man was in bed with either a man or a woman (you can't really tell) and there was an entire 2 minute sex scene with two unmarried characters (nothing explicit is shown). The same characters, still unmarried, are shown in bed together later in the show. Common Sense also didn't mention the 3 f-bombs throughout the show

This is my favorite shows in existence.
This show is amazing! The book was really great, and the cast was phenomenal! I found David Tennant through Dr Who (and recently, ducktales) Neil Gaiman and Terry Prachett (rip) are literature geniuses!
Language- They say things like hell, damn, and 3 uses of the f word (they are hilarious and you will laugh at these parts) and in the first episode Crowley says the 's' word.
As far as sexual content, there were a few things common sense forgot. Newt and Anathama do have a scene (only a minute) and they don't show nudity, but it is implied. There is a scene (only like, half a minute) where the prime minister is scene in bed with another man (who seems much younger than him)
Drinking/drugs- Crowley and Azirphale are often seen with drinks (only a toast now and then) and in one episode they both get drunk, and must sober up by "draining the achohol from their blood streams)
Gore/violence- Well, nothing actually traumatizing. I think that (in one episode and im not saying why because it would spoil it) the main characters are senteced to death (demon-holy water, angel-fire) they escape, because they had a plan. While being kidnapped, Crowley gets hit by a crowbar in the stomach. Adam thinks that The Them are talking too much, so he removes their mouths (not gory, just covered by skin)
I definetly reccomend this.

I love it so much!
I love this show DOOO MUCH. But sad how short it is. I recommend if your into fantasy comedy's, the first episode may look a bit innopropriot but I promise its not, it's funny and good for families, I'd say 8+ if your little one is sensible. Great show, I recommend!

if you gotta go then go with style!!
i could write a massive essay on how much i love this show and the book and i will do that, i will keep it to the minimum though
so good omens, i have watched this show 6 times now and nothing will stop me from watching this again and now to express my opinion on this.
it follows the story of crowley and aziraphale, a demon and an angel, who have been best friends for 6,000 years, secretly hiding this from their respective sides, they go on dates and drink together. there are hints that they are in love with each other and well they are, it's a love story. an asexual one, you dont need to see a couple kissing and hugging in a love story, words can mean a lot as well. i love them a lot and think they are a great couple.
now for story stuff, the antichrist was mislaid 11 years prior to the present story, meaning aziraphale and crowley (who had been watching other a different boy who they thought was the antichrist) were in trouble as they didn't want armageddon to start and well, it did. the four horsemen of the apocalypse are summoned and heaven and hell are preparing for battle. not wanting to give to much spoilery info in my review, let's say, heaven and hell find out the american boy (who crowley and aziraphale were watching over) is not the antichrist but a spoiled rich kid, heaven and hell are angry, the real antichrist, his friends the four horsemen, a witch and a "computer engineer/engineered witch finder, crowley in his burning car, aziraphale stuck without a body, a witch finder general and a fortune teller go to their local american airbase. things take different turns and armageddon doesn't happen.
now for age stuff, it all depends on the person really, its rated a 12/13+ in my country so that's what im going with and i agree. there is gore but it was bearable for me who is uncomfy with gore, one sex scene in episode 5 it's not graphic, a lot of swearing, crowley and aziraphale get drunk in the first episode, and the demons look gross in general and themes of the apocalypse may upset some people. so watch it if you want gay supernatural beings and cool music. thank you

Depends on the child
Good omens is a really good show, involving angels and demons. It's not scary and has no scary scenes really, it has one very short but none explicit sex scene. It can be skipped over as it's not important or memorable in any way. There is a few swearwords said quietly but not much more than that. There's also one scene where the two characters become drunk

this show is really good and funny! love the characters and how they are written, Neil Gaiman has a very dark sense of humour that not everyone might understand, so this show might not be for exactly everyone. on the end episode there is a sex scene between two characters but it isn’t important to the plot and u can skip past it. overall the show is really funny and true to the book!

Isn’t worth it
I saw everybody else’s high 5 star review’s and thought that it would be really good. But no. The graphic’s are terrible, it’s not funny, there’s no action. It isn’t worth watching at all.
