I won't talk about the Mythbusters episode, since it is a proven fact they are awesome, so I'll focus on the fifteen minutes spent on Head Rush. It's for kids. Just for kids. It shows you a really complex topic such as forensics or magnetism, asks you one question about it, then moves onto a fairly uninspiring experiment that you've done twenty times in science class. I'm fairly scientifically literate, enough to understand what Adam and Jamie are talking about before they blow something to smitherines, but Head Rush assumes you don't. I guess the segments beat "HEAD ON, APPLY DIRECTLY TO THE FOREHEAD", but to rename the show for it, it's pretty lousy.
