Not so great okay for teens CBS show.
I've seen a few episodes; to tell you the truth, it does nothing for me. It got a few laughs from me but not too much really.

Not meant for kids, without supervision at least
Neil Patrick Harris is hilarious! He makes the show! Kids shouldn't watch it though, some of the stuff is not at all meant to be heard or seen by them. Otherwise very funny :)

One of the best series ever!
I am inlove with HIMYM it's just so funny!. Sometimes an episode can be funny, emotional and inappropriate. But its too long to get to the point where they actually show who Ted marries (The Mother) on HIMYM, so that kinda puts a lot of suspense into it. Ted is a sweet and kind guy he's awesome. Barney on the other hand is a sex addict, he always talks about girls and sex. In some of the episodes he falls inlove with Robin which i thought was sooo sweet. But they wouldnt make a cute couple. Robin is one of the characters i dont like so much :| (I dont know why). Marshall&Lily are like the best characters!!! I was so sad in those episodes where they broke up and they cancelled their wedding!
Im really hoping to see more of the episodes and finally figure out who the mother is!!

LOL...love Barney....his jokes are sooo funny!!!! hahhahaha!! it's way tooo dirty but its' one heck of a laugh! for sarcastic humor and peeing in ur pants...u'd better sneak this in ur room and watch it!!

In MAD, they did how i met my brother which is stupid, nobody steals ideas from this show, too hilarious and funny to make a joke out of! In one episode, they use the word "a--".

I love this show! It's great for most ages and it's funny. Trust me, the stuff they hear on T.V. is sterile clean compared to stuff at school.

Hilarious prime-time sitcom.
I started watching HIMYM just a few months ago, and I've seen all of seasons 1-4. Like my review title says, it's hilarious, especially Barney, even though he isn't the best role model in the world.
I'd say that HIMYM is safe for anyone over the age of twelve, because some humor/plot lines might fly over younger kids' heads.

How I Met Your Mother Taught Me How To Be Hilarious!
I completely love this show! Yes there is some explicit sexual references, and Barney is completely and utterly a horrible rolemodel, the humor is perfect for tweens! And the fact that Ted is looking for a real relationship says something.

Great show!
This a very funny show. Although, there are a few references to sex, there is never full nudity. Barney may not be the best role model on his views on women, but the gang always tell him how wrong he is. The show is great with a few mild sex/cursing references. But I would definitely watch it with my kids.

this is one of the funniest shows ever! I think if your child is mature enough to see some sexual content and a lot of alcohol consumption the HIMYM is the perfect sitcom. P.S if you are a fan of FRIENDS and Cheers then WATCH THIS SHOW!

Ba Buh Ba Ba Bah Barney is the new leader of the gang and life just became way more awesome! Yah!
This show is SO funny! I watch it every night before I go to bed and I just can't believe that they put so much into 30 minutes. As seen in the title Barney Stintson is my favorite member of the gang in the show because of he's legen...wait for it..dary! Legen...wait for it...dary challenge accepted! You can't wait for Ted to find the one. Robin is cold-hearted, Ted and Barney's ex, and is from Canada. Marshall is a kind man from good ol' Minnesota. Lily is a nice woman and Marshall's wife. Barney makes fun of Ted for having a VCR. Barney used to be a hippie before he was a wall-street womanizer. Barney loves suits so much that he even made a song about it. I love this show so much that I had a dream where my school bus was WAY better and I got to hang out with the gang and actually in the dream Ted and I got onto the wrong bus so we had to ask this other bus driver if she could take us to our houses and she said... (I woke up). Also in that dream I forgot EVERYTHING I owned in the dream. Also Barney wasn't a womanizer that much (Maybe he didn't do well hitting on the ladies, well then again they are 5-12) So yeah, if you have a dream about the show you know I'm a huge fan so yeah. See you later, need to watch HIMYM tonight with 3 episodes (2 reruns on KSTP 45, 1 new one on Channel 4 CBS)
