    The series showcases different ways to make eco-friendly choices without altering your life too much. Though clearly "pro green," it's nonjudgmental in its approach.

    Not an issue.

    Not an issue.

  • Language:

    Not an issue.

  • Consumerism:

    No logos are visible, but references are made to using Brita filters and other products to save money and reduce waste.

  • Drinking, drugs, & smoking:

    Occasional wine consumption during meals.
 

What Parents Need to Know

About The Lazy Environmentalist

Parents need to know that while this decidedly "pro green" series -- which highlights ways that people can make eco-friendly choices without sacrificing the quality of their lives and/or businesses -- is pretty mild overall, there's occasional drinking (usually during a meal). Older tweens and teens interested in environmental issues will find it interesting, but most kids probably won't find it too exciting.
