Setting goals for yourself
At first I didn't really like the whole "being made into a different person" idea, since you should really just stick to being yourself. But I saw a few episodes and what these kids were trying to be was really what they want to be, and who says you can't change yourself?

its really interesting to see how a person can change for the better- its also pretty cool to see how hard you have to work for something you really want to do. its teaches kids REALLY good lessons.

Good show!
This MTV reality tv show about teens trying to do something different than they do (c.e. sports to rock band) and shows a positive message for all pre-teens and teens.

Great Show
I love watching this show.I love to see how they change from begining to end. I think this show is appropriate for kids at least in middle school. It does have a few cuss words(most bleeped out),but thats about it.

A great show for teens
It teaches teens that with a little work, you can achieve anything and not to give up. It sends out a good message, and is a great show.

Good Show
I like watching this show after school. Some episodes are really good others not. i mean sometimes i get annoyed when the person maybe doesn't want to do something. like not doing the work outs. stuff like that. other than that its a good show.

Do you want it enough?
This show is great because it proves to kids that anything can happen as long as you want it enough and try as hard as you can. I have always wanted to be a journalist and never thought I would be able to pull it off, now after watching this show so muc I think I might actually be able to.

Positive message
This is actually one of the only MTV shows that isn't trashy or unrealistic. It preaches a positive attitude, and gives teenagers confidence while trying to reach a goal, weather it be Varsity cheerleader, or tom-boy gone party planner for her sister's pre-wedding party. An enjoyable show for tweens and teens.
