Nostalgic for parents, fun for kids
My daughter loves this show. I thought we'd be annoyed, but it was fun to see the show again thirty years later.

PeeWee entertains people of all ages!
This show enterained me as a child, and I still catch myself watching it when I have it on for my kids. Yes, it is random and silly... But it teaches children about friendship, being patient, what being selfish and selfless means... and that beint different is okay. It has fun songs and dancing, unique characters and interesting subjects.

This show surprisingly keeps my ALMOST 3 yr olds focused for episodes before bed. I was surprised they like this so much. They do pee wee dance and it is hysterical. Bad part, my daughter keeps calling him pee pee so I'm discouraging the weird dance i dont pant people thinking its the pee pee dance
It's not something I would put in and walk away (yet) because I like to know what my kids are watching but we are on season 2 and nothing alarming yet. It is a very odd kind of humor ect but harmless and keeps them thinking and playing along.

A very funny, if strange, show.
Pee-Wee's Playhouse is a wacky, funny show with interesting characters and humorous plots. There are some naughty jokes, but it'll go right over your kids' heads. Pee-Wee does act like a jerk sometimes, but it's mostly played for laughs. In short? Kids, watch this, but unless you're old enough, don't do it without parents.

Come back Pee Wee...
This was the greatest Saturday morning kids show of the 80's (and maybe all-time). It's too bad that all the focus ended up on an event that's best forgotten and the show fading away. I'll admit that it's not for most adults - you either love Pee Wee, or you hate him - there is no middle ground. But kids DO love him - even all these years later. A great deal of love went into it and it shows. From the sets to the characters, this was all about imagination and that's what being a kid is about. The fact that an adult saw the world SO much like a child is amazing. Trust me, it's better than most of the Disney and Nick shows...
