There are so some violence like in the episodes "Pocoyo plays Call Of Duty" and "Pocoyo plays Fortnite", kids can be a it violent like how my daughter named Susan became a bit violent at the kids at her school so please watch out of these episodes but overall good show.

One of the better preschool shows.

I would watch this show all the time when I was little on PBS Kids, it was one of my favorite shows, so I have a lot of nostalgia for it. Here's my overall thoughts on the show: Seasons 1-2: These seasons where pretty good overall, there's not much to say about them, but the stories where simple, but interesting an well executed, the animation looked good, the writing was pretty good, and the characters where pretty likable. Though as good as these seasons are, I feel like the pacing could have been turned up a bit. Season 3: After a bit of a hiatus, Pocoyo returned for a 3rd season, I'm not as big of a fan of this season to be honest. I mean, sure, the fun characters are still there, and it's nowhere near as bad as most other preschool shows, but to me, the stories aren't as good (mostly because half of them are just remakes of old episodes with new segments) and it just overall doesn't have the same simplicity that I liked about the first 2 seasons. Also, there are these really pointless segments they randomly throw in the episode without any indication that it's a new segment. These are just thrown in there without telling you that it's separate from the story and they're usually at awkward places and unlike something like Silly Songs With Larry, these segments just feel distracting from the main story and make you want to skip them. Season 4: After another hiatus due to financial difficulties at Zinkia Entertainment, Pocoyo finally returned in 2017 with season 4, and I actually think this might be my favorite season of the show honestly! I mean, the animation looks gorgeous, the stories have gotten back on track and make sense and are entertaining while still being simple, they got rid of those random segments in the middle nobody asked for and make no sense, Nina makes a fun addition to the cast, the pacing is a bit quicker while still not being too fast, the writing got better and the new music is catchy too. However, while I was watching these, it felt like something was missing that was in the first few seasons I watched on PBS Kids. I eventually realized that in season 4, the characters no longer interact with the audience. Personally, I think it was for the best, because I really don't miss those at all and I think the show works better without them. I also noticed the show has a lot more comedy, but I think it works pretty good and the humor can be funny. Oh also, a bit of a warning for parents, in the episode Pato's Paintings, uncensored nudity can be seen in one of the paintings used, surprisingly, this episode was not banned or ever censored, so be careful about that episode.
