My 3 year old son loves this show. There are great messages and another thing is that the shows are short enough to keep his short attention span.

Great for ages 2-4
My 4 going on 5 year old is bored/ over it... However my 2 year old will watch it for moments at a time... It's bright colors sound effects and visual stimulation is great for toddlers and the life lessons are great for preschool age. Unfortunately I thing it targets a narrow age group I would say 2-4!

Great for the little tikes, but not for school age children
Roary is a sweet show that both our boys love. The messages are good and the stories are pretty straight forward. It is a toddler show though and very repetetive. I would not recommend it for children over six.
