It's a very funny show, but I don't recommend this for kids under 12 . Though it depends on what the parents let their children watch. If you let your kids watch shows like Family Guy, South Park, ect. Then this won't be too much of a big deal. Bad language is used a lot in the series. You can talk to your children about how some words are not appropriate, and the characters just use them to make the show funny.

I watched this show when I was maybe 12 when it was still on Adult Swim, and I thought it was really funny. However, it was quite inappropriate!! Almost like Family Guy, anime-style, to tell you the truth. So it would probably not be a good viewing choice for kids in, say, elementary school, but a mature middle schooler or older may enjoy it.

great anime,I must say.It's funny unlike most anime shows.Most of the sex jokes will go right over your kids head.(I got them though and they were HILARIOUS)In my openion, it's an "If ya can't take the heat,get outta the kitchen" show.

I love this show! XD Strict parents who can't handle a little sex humor will not like this show. They take dirty things, and disguise it as an innuendo. (A whole episode about a child molester who wants to show shin his, one eyed monster) Also, the mom continually makes jokes about shin getting high, or buying mariwana. Also, sometimes, "ARE YOU ON CRACK?!" comes up. Shin shows of his penis and butt a lot even though, his penis is very cartoonish. Shin disresspects his mother alot too.This show is for tweens who don't use tv shows as their role models.
