Why would someone watch this?

I love the biggest loser I am very healthy I am 10 years old I have been watching the same sesson sesson 7 for years now like 2 and it has good role models the trainers and it teaches you healthy choices but who cares about the swear words it's just an act I love bob and jillian they are both so caring at the end they say they don't care they are doing that to motivate you if they were my trainer it would motivate me. Like example Jillian says ' No matter you puke die or faint keep waking. " that would motivate me and of course she would not make you keep going if you fainted. It is such a postive message showing you can do it and that health matters and they do teach you to do restrict all your calories they mostly talk about healthy choices they are not on diets they are making good food choices. The people are so nice and the trainers are so caring at the end look how caring they are at the end. They are amazing

It is very different and encourages teens and adults to keep healthy

I watched it for about 4 years and i loved it, but now i do not watch it anymore, just got bored of it, but this show shows lots of good messages like never get up, that message is said often in the show. It would be for 6 and up, but some kids could laugh and say oh look those people are fat, so it would take them maybe till 10 years old to actually not make fun of them. I watched this when i was 5 years old mostly because my mom watched it, and anything my mom watches i get into it. Good show for a while, but some parts gets boring.

This is good language is the main thing like sht, btch and dam, cra* and id*iot

they swear a lot, but there are a lot of positve messages.

the show focuses on a bunch of fat emo people trying to lose weight

It is so positive. Your kids could love it, but YOU will.
