House Rules
We have a system of checking out video games so that I know who is playing what and for how long. 4 kids sharing one gaming system can be difficult. Also, they have to read to earn screen time.
When the Kids Are Asleep…
I am on the internet or writing on the computer. I have little ones who think that if I am on the computer they should be too. When I'm not catching up online I read in an OCD kind of way!
My Biggest Challenge Is:
Controlling the media in my house with two different age groups. Especially with movies and video games. Also, accepting the fact that just because I loved a book doesn't mean my kids will too.
