Kids love the sense of empowerment it gives them to take a situation in their own hands. While the situation would normally be very scary, I think the physical comedy really works here.

My Biggest Challenge Is:
Titles You’ve Reviewed

DVD: Home Alone
I rate this titleonand give itHoliday Classic

DVD: Happy Feet
I rate this titleoffand give itVery disappointing
I'm noticing more films (Bee Movie, this one) that are trying to overlay a liberal message into kids movie. If I'm taking my kids to see a movie, I expect it to be a kids movie, not some liberal ...

DVD: Evan Almighty
I rate this titleonand give itGreat job Hollywood
Thanks for getting one right. This one the kids and I really enjoyed together. Even my 3 year old was laughing and got the idea of the movie.

DVD: Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer
I rate this titleiffyand give itDidn't think it was appropriate for under 10's.
I thought there was too much sexual innuendo for my kids (9 and 7). I also have a problem with the "end of the earth" premise of the movie. Would probably be fine for early teens.
