My Parents’ House Rules
We use TV guardian which cuts out foul language ( I have been allowed to see a lot of movies that I wouldn't have been able to otherwise because of "guardian" That blocks the language, violence is not disturbing in nature, and if there is any *ahem* "iffy" content the movie is just not watched, movies aren't that important.
