Should "Sexting" Be Illegal?
Your Comments:I feel that sexting should be illegal in order to prevent it. However, I think it should be considered a misdemeanor and result in community service, a fine, or some other age appropriate consequence. I think there should be a consequence also for anyone who forwards on these kinds of images. Usually images that are sent do not end up on just one phone. They are generally passed from one person to another, until many people have seen them. I think everyone who passes it on should be culpable.
