An inventor makes the big time, but a greedy politician ruins his plans. It is worth seeing once, but I would not buy the DVD.

Just another action flick that is pure hollywood special effects. I would buy the DVD as a time killer, but there are really no positive messages here. Language is OK. No sex. GI Joe II is coming.
