This website keeps you up to date on what celebrites are doing these days. sometimes it can be a bit bad but it is real life so there is nothing the website can do. this is a good website that can be any teens home page and it does have chat rooms for the older ones. also lots of photos of your favorite stars. 13+

What Parents Need to Know
About BeRed
Parents need to know that this teen social hub/celeb site covers the good -- and bad -- of celebrity life. So, there's news of hook-ups and break-ups and stories about the rich and famous getting into trouble or just spending a day on the beach. Obscene language isn't allowed and users are encouraged to report any inappropriate comments that have been posted (words like "sucks" do slip through). The site filters any outside URLs from being posted in message boards, yet users can post them on their blogs. You can block people from contacting you through IM by changing the privacy settings.

Families Can Talk About
- Families can talk about why -- and when -- you might need to block someone on IM. What does it mean to be harassed? And why would it be dangerous to get an IM from someone you don't know? Also, what's OK to share with someone on IM, through email, or in chat? What's better to keep offline?
