More on Fisher-Price Little People
What’s the Story?
This is part of the larger Fisher-Price site, where many of their products are displayed and marketed. This review focuses on the games and activities section. In it, you'll find a concepts game that asks the child to use virtual brushes to "paint" shapes in various specified colors in order to reveal a hidden picture. Check out the Concentration-like matching game and the online coloring books. If you prefer real crayons, there are downloadable coloring pages, too. The Storytime section prompts you to type a child's first name, which is then inserted into the story in several places. You can read it online or print it. Other buttons on this page will take you to displays of Little People kits and accessories.
Is It Any Good?
Although the site's purpose is to sell Fisher-Price toys and other merchandise, the Little People games and activities are fun and teach good skills. The Storytime tales are very sweet, and kids will love seeing their names in the stories. Another highlight is the Animal Sounds game, featuring cute critters that oink, roar, bark, and more.
