Awful customer service!
They list products as "in stock" when they are actually out of stock. They freely cancel orders without any notification. From now on, I'll buy our legos from Amazon or some other website I know is reliable. Two thumbs down!

Fun for my son!
My seven year old really likes seeing the Bionicles that he builds come to life. This site kept him entertained so he didn't want to change sites. They have so many products listed; it's great for birthday and Christmas lists!

Great for kids!
Lego has plenty of fun, and even educational games, such as MLN (My Lego Network), which can help one manage money and supplies, even negotiate trade. The site promotes creativity. Moderators check EVERY message on the message boards BEFORE they are visible to the public. Slow process for acceptance, but very safe.

This site could be ALOT better...
I've played on this site, and here's what I think. Pros: It's a good advertiser for the site, it's got lots of variety in Products, and there's kids on it. Cons: They shove the advertising down your throat. You can't discuss real-life topics, you can only talk about LEGO. :( It also takes as long as 3 days for a topic to go through (and a post) Now, if you want a conversation if a specific person about (For example) how the day was, you can't. Also, the MY LEGO Network doesn't have Text messaging, and by the time your post goes through on the Message Boards, the information will probably be inaccurate, the closest thing to a MMOG LEGO has is Brick game, and on the Message Boards, they don't keep it tidy with typos! (Which leads to text-typing, and not being literate) Overall, 2/5.

TWO THUMBS DOWN!
This site straight down svcks. It may be a decent site for little kids to be on, but here is why we all hate lego.com 1: They added a new feature where you can send messages to your buddies on there, but you get a choice of what you want to say to them!! 2: You CANNOT directly interact with other kids on there. 3: The Games on that site are LOUSY! 4: They added way too many junk extras!
