What’s the Story?

This is a companion site for those who love toaster treats and want to play games about them, wear clothes featuring them, and learn trivia such as what year Pop-Tarts were introduced (1962). Some of the games include "The Great Pop-Tarts Chase," where you race to claim a hot Pop-Tart before your friend beats you to the toaster; and "Yeti's Freezer Challenge," which requires players to catch falling frozen Pop-Tarts before they hit the ground and "thaw." Other parts of the site feature current magazine ads, video from the TV commercials, and a store where you can buy a T-shirt with a talking lizard on it (batteries included).

Is It Any Good?

This is a food product site, fully baked and ready to eat but not a lot of fun to visit. The highlight is the scat-singing lizard, which offers a touch of whimsy in an otherwise ho-hum site. Also, some games are difficult and may be frustrating for younger kids (and even adults!).
