What Parents Need to Know
About TheWeatherChannelKids
Parents need to know that there's nothing to worry about regarding this fascinating, educational site -- it's a great resource for kids who show an interest in weather. The site is ad-free, though there's a link to another site, bkfk.com (By Kids for Kids), where you can enter a contests. Bkfk.com has a few banner ads, but before TheWeatherChannelKids.com takes you there, it displays a message notifying you that you're leaving the site and warning that you should never give out personal information without talking to parents first.
