What Parents Need to Know
About AgameAday
Parents need to know that this game site doesn't have extravagant graphics, videos, or other bells and whistles that some top game sites may have -- but it also doesn't have the shooting, blood, and guts, either. What this award-winning educational site does have are new fun and challenging games and puzzles each day of the month. Kids can sign a "Guest Book," but it requests only first name, email address, state, and age. No other personal information or interaction between players happens.

Families Can Talk About
- Families can talk about the importance of kids and adults doing some sort of mind challenge daily. Studies have shown the benefits from memory, critical thinking, and problem solving-type exercises. Why do you think it's a good idea to constantly exercise your mind? What are some things offline that would give you the same challenge? Also, do you mind that all the games are educational? Why or why not?
