What’s the Story?

DOSOMETHING.ORG is a not-for-profit site that focuses on empowering and encouraging young people to take action around issues that matter to them. It provides information and education about specific projects and charities, and provides support in the way of grants and funds for do-gooders who want to apply and turn their ideas into a reality. Registration is required to post videos and join discussion. Teens have the option of entering their cell phone number for volunteer purposes.

Is It Any Good?

DoSomething.org inspires young adults to get involved in their communities, and gives them resources in which to act on those ideas. Whether your teens are looking for a way to volunteer in your town, or seeking advice and funds to get their own start-up project going, this site is the place to start. It's easy, accessible, and a great venue for good people who want to become active and do something good for others.
