I had an account and i must say i have seen a lot of sayings like, "foopets used to always have a little dot of black and white but the dot just keeps getting larger and larger." also if you join their club A.K.A Clubfoo which costs about $40.00-$50.00, they teach kids animal hoarding. If you have the membership, (Clubfoo) they give you the option of having as many as 1-50 Pets! Also the frequent changes drive a lot of people nuts and it has caused a lot of people leaving their site and that also teaches kids animal abandonment. The people who run the site are rude, mean and greedy. They will only listen to you if you are part of Clubfoo and even then they are rude. Also there was this way to earn foodollars (foopet money) without paying foopets; my sister and I would do this to earn foodollars. Then they changed it, banned it because they wanted people to pay for their foodollars instead of winning them at a fair game. Also if you join now you have to pay in order to join. The users are mean and vain. I would not suggest this website for anyone or even say it in a positive matter. Also foopets teaches animal abuse they learn that if they ignore their pets they will automatically go the pound, it don't work that way although I wish it did. I would NOT recommend this site to DIRT!

I never really grew attatched to this website. The forums can be fun, but they can also be a danger zone. Never really liked the "FooDollar" feature either

Since some of the changes, you have to pay to play. This is outragous, considering the little they give back. They don't listen to their members, nor do they care and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I have been a member of FooPets for nearly 3 years, since the beginning. But now? FooPets is making poor choices with the money they have and they refuse to listen to their customers. When someone raises opposition they get banned. It's not fair. Seriously, they started changes that they told us were for the better, but they aren't. FooMojo is making the site an exclusive pay-site, and by marketing to young kids who are susceptible to being tricked and are naive to Foo's money hungry ways it is not good. DO NOT join.

This game emails you all the time...asking you to come back on!! It becomes annoying and not fun. FooPets wants money, money, money...Most of the fun, cool features are only for people who pay with REAL money! If you aren't willing to pay the website...don't join! All you really do in the game is take care of your pet. You don't have to do much to take care of it anyway, so it's not that fun. I wouldn't really recommend it to kids.

I think that this website is somewhat of a scam. You only get the full enjoyment and profits out of it if you spend actual money. Also, it sucks up your time, and not logging on every single day results in the loss of your FooPet, or it's starvation. FooPets email you constantly, advising you to log back on. Kids shouldn't have to spend so much money to have fun! The company say they're making it difficult to "breed" FooPets by making it cost so much, because the want to "teach" children that excess breeding isn't okay in real life. BUT THIS IS A GAME! It gets obsessive, and people sometimes take it way too seriously. If kids want their pets to have puppies and kittens, what's the harm in that? They can learn about the big bad horrors of the animal world when they get older. If you want to play with virtual pets, getting the Sims 2 Pets extension pack would be better! better yet, get them a real pet. Also, this game has forums that are monitered, but people can put up private inofrmation or say bad things before the company can spot it and take it down. You can chat with people, and write up anything you like for the whole world to see. I don't think it's safe for young children who don't understand the safety precasusions they must take in order to keep safe on the internet. There are older people, I bet there are some thirty-ear-olds out there who log into FooPets! That's just creepy. If your going to let your kid join, give them a talk first about how to be safe online. But my advice? Just don't join FooPets.

This site is not worth paying for. Many features of the site are not working, or are being removed from the site. Constant new rules and restrictions make it even more difficult to enkoy the site. Final word: Not worth joining, and most certainly not worth paying for.

I've been on foopets for about a year.. There were no changes, I had fun Roleplaying, and I made a lot of Friends. But then They decided to took away roleplaying, and I half of my friends quit. A month later, They made it a pay only website and I LOST ALL MY FRIENDS. I still talk to a few of them on a roleplay site. I got kicked off of Foo because, I need ClubFoo or ClubFoo Plus. They are money hungry people and they like rip you off,dont warn people about the chagnes, and They LIKE to rip you off. There are several adds on Chicken Smoothie .DONT CLICK ON THE ADDS AND NEVER JOIN FOOPETS!

Used to be a FooAddict, now the website is something I would NEVER recommend. It is costly, and would add up to $60+ per year and they made changes that cost them over 2 million of their members. Also, everyone was continuously getting hacked/scammed off of their accounts. They took away some great forums and blinded half of their users with the new color scheme, so I would never ask anyone, from 2 to 17, to use this website. Dr. Jane, your website stinks!
