Love it and so do my 3 and 7 year old I can't keep them off of it. There is so much for them to do.

No customer service!
I've attempted to cancel my trial for over three months and this service continues to bill my credit card. Stay Away!

Do Not Try the `Free Trial`!
My Noggin has a nicely developed parent center but little else. The art area with Moose is fairly good, and my 4 year old who hates computers spent almost an hour there. None of the games in the sports area would run at all. There is one game in the backyardigans area - a noisy version of space invaders. Blue's Clues has bubbles and yet another art easel. A complete waste of money - the free stuff on noggin is way better. I was shocked at how little content was available. The 24-hour customer service line is really an answering machine, not "live help." Please do not be tempted to try the free trial - it's not worth the time it takes to sign up, especially if you have a child who will be disappointed by this empty shell of a site.

Buyer beware!
I too have tried for months to cancel this subscription, can't log on to the site, can't contact a human being, and my e-mails have been ignored. Did I mention they charge me twice a month! For a subscription I don't want, my daughter didn't enjoy, and I cancelled. So frustrated! Don't even bother!
