Is It Any Good?
On the positive side, NickJr.com makes a huge effort to offer fun, educational activities. That said, this site is also one big advertisement extravaganza. There's a giant box next to the kids' games that pitches the "Live Shows coming to your town," as well as Nickelodeon's personalized online subscription site called mynoggin.com and more. There's also a slew of commercial kid- and parent-targeted ads that pepper the site. Nick's own "Special Offers Section" includes the Nick Jr. shop, game arcade store, and print magazine sections. It's a trade-off, but overall the site's content is worth it if you can ignore the sales pitches.
