Were there any awkward moments during this weekend’s Super Bowl?

Clean Up Pro Football's Advertising

Thanks to your support, more than 1,000 emails urging action against the inappropriate ads aired during NFL broadcasts have been sent directly to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell’s inbox. That number is impressive, but it’s the comments many of you sent along that really tell the story.

Share advice with other parents on how to tackle tough questions from your kids about commercials during pro football, and keep the discussion going.

They are freaking commertials! If your kids are old enough to watch the super bowl, they can watch the dang commertials!

I don't have children, but the the GoDaddy ad with Danica Patrick certainly sparked discussion at my Superbowl party. When the ad finished, a few guys asked with unbridled curiosity: WHAT is GoDaddy? Though I admit that I did chuckle just a little bit at the commercial, I also think that showing Patrick as a sex object alone undermines the fact that she is the first female in history to win the IndyCar race.

My big complaint: I wish Patrick were in a commercial that highlighted her success as opposed to standing in a shower oblivious to the testosterone-charged geeks watching over her.
