AroundMe is an extremely useful app. Need to know where the closest gas station, hospital, restaurant or movie theater is? AroundMe provides quick, step-by-step GPS-based directions. The app incorporates Google maps, including the very useful 360-degree street-level view of your surroundings. It just added augmented reality, a new mapping technology that opens your camera and displays labels of nearby businesses on the live screen.
