Even without its point-budgeting twist, BLOCK SHOOTER HD would be a good, solid physics puzzle game -- your targets are always arranged in tricky, imaginative formations that will require some out-of-the-box thinking to take down. But the math component, surprisingly enough, is what makes it extra fun. You may look at the remaining blocks on a level, and think that you could easily take them all out by using one of your heavy Iron Balls -- but you need to check your current score, because an Iron Ball costs 50 points, and even if you're successful you may not have enough total points at the end to move on. So you may need to scrap the Iron Ball idea and try to use a cheaper, 5-point Light Ball. Having to budget your points can alter your strategies constantly, which makes Block Shooter HD a very entertaining challenge.
