ColorSplash does one thing and does it well: It creates black-and-white photos with pop-out color details. Loading a photo automatically converts it to grayscale. Then simply use the tip of your finger to rub back in a color, say a red scarf. Instant art! If you accidentally add back too much color, simply undo or switch to grayscale mode to retouch.
