Ease of Play
In spite of having to juggle two characters, the game is very easy to control. Players simply tap the screen to tell the character where to go or what to pick up. Players can also drag-and-drop characters around the environment to save time.

Parents Need to Know
Parents need to know that Great Adventures: Lost in the Mountains is a casual adventure game where players alternate between two characters (a nimble scientist and a strong mechanic) to explore a deserted hotel in search of a brilliant inventor who's gone missing. Players can log onto Chillingo's Crystal social network to upload high scores and achievements online.
Is It Any Good?
LOST IN THE MOUNTAINS is a charming top-down adventure game well-suited to players who like to stop and smell the roses. The game is relaxed and non-violent, and players tap the screen to explore the environment, pick up items to use, and play mini-games while alternating between two characters with different skills. (The female scientist, for example, can tinker with high-tech gadgets and crawl through small spaces, while the male mechanic an lift heavy objects and fix things.) Players should be careful not to ruin the sense of accomplishment by using too many hints, of which there's an overabundance. All-in-all, this is a game that's a little short on challenge, but engaging nonetheless.
