LOST IN THE MOUNTAINS is a charming top-down adventure game well-suited to players who like to stop and smell the roses. The game is relaxed and non-violent, and players tap the screen to explore the environment, pick up items to use, and play mini-games while alternating between two characters with different skills. (The female scientist, for example, can tinker with high-tech gadgets and crawl through small spaces, while the male mechanic an lift heavy objects and fix things.) Players should be careful not to ruin the sense of accomplishment by using too many hints, of which there's an overabundance. All-in-all, this is a game that's a little short on challenge, but engaging nonetheless.
