Freezes, bugs, unable to discontinue renewal
Signed up with a black Friday coupon. Within the year my daughter used this only a few times without experiencing some issue or another on her ipad. Sound functions would not work, it would freeze, it would close itself during a program, would not allow pigeon post to function and would keep loosing it's connection. to our information--causing many hours of frustration trying to have my daughter discover her Wicklegs charachter had been completly reset. After our pigeon post issue, I turned off auto renew--selection off and then was redirected to the main page. I assumed this had closed our subscription. In attempt to make things right about only the post issue they offered to send a goodie bag and the shirt. My daughter was happy with the few items that came, however was very sad (and still mentions to this day)that the days after a t-shirt was promised they suddenly ran out of all sizes. Come to this day. Our success
bscription was originally established around black friday, so upon checking I discovered to my disappointment that our browser still indicated auto renew was on. Upon at least 15 attempts to turn off this feature I was each time redirected to the home page, as though it has been input. I sent messages to the company through several messages in contact areas on the website. It has been over 36 hours without responce, during which time social sites have posted and I now have a pending bank charge for $79.
