What Parents Need to Know
Parents need to know that Mad O Ball 3D is a fun and challenging marble-rolling game that could make some players dizzy. Players hold the device flat and tilt it to control the speed and direction of the marble as it races around twisting elevated tracks. Players can opt-in to live open chat and message boards using the Open Feint network, so parents might want to talk to kids about avoiding this feature.

Is It Any Good?
There are several mobile app games that require players to roll balls or marbles through mazes by tilting their device, but none move so fast as MAD O BALL 3D. Like the Kororinpa Marble Mania games for the Wii, Mad O Ball charges along a winding, sloping, sometimes broken track that hovers high in the air. A little too much to the left or right and it's a goner. It's great fun and the tilt control of the mobile devices feels built for games like this, but it can also get a bit dizzying, so you might want to limit your play time.
