Is It Any Good?
With MadPad HD, even the most mundane of everyday sounds -- like a car door slamming shut, or the rustling of newspaper pages -- has the potential to be turned into music. The app challenges people to come up with creative ways to mix unexpected combinations of sounds together. Users who want to produce polished loops should look elsewhere, because the app lacks advanced editing features like the ability to crop recordings or layer multiple loops on top of each other. However, MadPad HD is an entertaining app that in the right hands will produce fun, unique, and spontaneous results.
