This fun math game may be especially useful for kids who need more than flash cards to stay engaged while learning basic math operations. The characters on Maths: Super Elite are cute and customizable, and the arcade-style gameplay has math cleverly embedded to practice in Common Core math standards. Parents and teachers will find the multiple settings options helpful to match problems in the game to each kid's (up to five per app) current math level. Some kids on the younger side of the recommended age range (6 and under) may find the game controls a bit difficult to master at first, but the effort to keep trying to learn the taps and double taps is well worth the valuable math practice that can be achieved here amid the fun.
