This sweet but somewhat disjointed tale has lovely illustrations but gains little from being in an electronic format. Mother Gray and Little Blue could use a few more sentences to fill in the gaps and more interactivity to make for a "wow" experience. The addition of stickers is a fun idea, but there are so few of them that it gets old rather quickly. Whether you are reading the story yourself or listening to the narrator, you have to wait a set length of time before you can use any interactive elements or turn the page, which makes it less fun to read again. Kids will no doubt enjoy the watercolor illustrations that perfectly evoke the underwater environment, but that may not be enough to keep them coming back.
