Depicts death in it's most gruesome form

Scruffy Kitty is about how the underworld appears to a mortal. This story is disguised under a mask of child friendly antics, however as you get further into the story, it depicts the story of an abduction case from 1989. While the details were disguised well, it still manages to depict the spirits journey from it's gruesome death into the underworld, and the hell that lies beneath. Good story.

SCRUFFY KITTY is a lovely book with beautiful illustrations and a heartwarming message.
Kids will also get a kick out of watching and listening to Scruffy Kitty
react when they tap him. A second "Sticker Book" mode lets kids create
scenes using objects from the story and save the image. Scruffy Kitty doesn't have any means of pausing and resuming the story, nor is there a way to turn the narration off or see words highlighted when read. Even with these missing elements, it is a fantastic read, particularly for young children who love cats.
