What Parents Need to Know
Parents need to know that Train Conductor 2: USA is a frantic, fast-paced strategy game that requires you to very quickly re-direct trains onto the proper tracks without letting them collide into one another. If you fail, you will see the trains crash, but the effect is a cartoonish puff of gray smoke. Some of the levels are "spooky" nighttime levels with trains driven by cute, harmless looking ghosts.

Is It Any Good?
The graphics on TRAIN CONDUCTOR 2: USA are the first thing to be impressed by. The game simply looks beautiful, especially on the iPad. But the gameplay is wildly fun, too. You will have to act incredibly quickly, swiping your fingers to move trains from one track to the next -- or quickly tapping to hit the brakes on an engine that is about to run into another. There are not many levels, but each has different enough obstacles, themes, and even rules, that the game never feels repetitive. Its a great combination of strategy and arcade action.
