While this game is violent none of the blood is realistic and the blood that comes out of the people is so small you can only see it if you are lookinh for it. The Review said that Sh*t is present in dialogue but the characters say it very rarely and due to how the games sound works you can barley hear the dialogue anyway. This game in no way should be rated R
